Common use of Payments by Paying Agents Clause in Contracts

Payments by Paying Agents. Subject to payment being duly made as provided in clause 3.1 (or to the Principal Paying Agent otherwise being satisfied that the payment will be duly made on the due date), and subject to clause 7, the Paying Agents shall pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Trustee on each Payment Date the relevant amounts of principal and interest due in respect of the Class A Notes in accordance with the Series Notice and the Conditions.

Payments by Paying Agents.
