Payments by Xxxxx. 4. The Hirer shall pay to the owner as payment for the hire of the vehicle for the period of hire a hire charge at the rate referred to overleaf in this agreement.
Payments by Xxxxx. 4. The Hirer must pay Xxxxxx’s Rental for the Vehicle hire the sum or sums specified on page 1 of this Agreement.
Payments by Xxxxx a) The Hirer shall pay the Owner the agreed sum specified in clause 5 of the rental agreement prior to pick up or on pick up.
Payments by Xxxxx a) The Hirer is liable for, and shall pay the Owner for the hire of the vehicle the agreed sum specified in clause 4 of the Rental Agreement prior to or on pick up;
Payments by Xxxxx. The Hirer shall pay to Wendekreisen the hire charges specified on page 1, the relevant insurance costs pursuant to clauses 10 and 11, all petrol or other fuel (but not oil) used in the vehicle during the period of hire, and all other actual or consequential liability arising from this agreement. Wendekreisen cannot accept cash payments. All payments must be made by Bank Transfer, EFTPOS or VISA and Mastercard. All hire charges are payable in full prior to 30 days before the day of collection.
Payments by Xxxxx. 6.1. The Hirer authorises the Owner to deduct all amounts due to the Owner from the Hirer, in accordance with this Rental Contract, by direct bank debit from a bank account advised by the Hirer to the Owner. The Owner will use reasonable endeavours to (but is not required to) provide prior notification to the Hirer of the amount of each direct debit by text message or other mobile phone application notification.
Payments by Xxxxx. 4. The hirer shall pay to the owner as payment for the hire of the vehicle for the period of hire referred to in clause 2 of this agreement the sum specified in this agreement.
Payments by Xxxxx. The hirer shall pay to the owner as payment for the hire of the vehicle for the period of hire referred to on page 1 of this agreement the sum as specified in this agreement. In addition the hirer shall pay to the owner the sum specified in this agreement for the insurance cover set out in clause 9 & 10 of this agreement. The hirer shall pay for all petrol or other fuel (but not oil) used in the vehicle during the period of hire. The hirer shall be liable for bond deductions as set out in clause 11, 13 & 14 of this agreement. The Road User Charges (if applicable) is an extra charge of NZ$6.50/100km,
Payments by Xxxxx. 3. The Hirer shall pay the Operator for the hire of the Vehicle the sums specified in this agreement. At time of booking a 20% deposit is payable which secures the booking. The balance shall be due 28 days prior to commencement of the hire. If the balance is not received 28 days prior to commencement of the hire, the Operator reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled. If the term of hire is later extended the Hirer shall pay the Operator for the additional hire period when the Operator confirms the extended period.
Payments by Xxxxx. Xxxxx agrees to terminate all individuals who have accepted employment with MGI to become New MGI Employees and pay all salary and benefits and any other compensation payable due to such termination (other than such compensation arising solely by applicable statute) of each such individual occurring prior to the Closing Date, including all accrued vacation.
