Payments Directly to Swing Line Lenders. The Company shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the Swing Line Loans directly to each Swing Line Lender.
Payments Directly to Swing Line Lenders. Each Borrower with outstanding Swing Line Advances shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the Swing Line Advances directly to the Swing Line Lender that made such Advances.

(ii) The Borrowers shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the Euro Swing Line Loans directly to the applicable Euro Swing Line Lender.
Payments Directly to Swing Line Lenders. (i) Xxxxx shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the Domestic Swing Line Loans directly to the applicable Domestic Swing Line Lender.
(ii) The Canadian Borrowers shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the Canadian Swing Line Loans directly to the Canadian Swing Line Lender.
(iii) The U.K. Borrowers shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the U.K. Swing Line Loans directly to the U.K. Swing Line Lender.
