Payments From the Net Settlement Amount. The Net Settlement Amount shall include the following payments after the deductions have been made from the Gross Settlement Amount as described in this Agreement. The Net Settlement Amount shall include the following:

Payments From the Net Settlement Amount. The Settlement Administrator will calculate payments from the NSA based on each participating Settlement Class Workweeks worked during the Class Period. Specifically, each participating Settlement Class member s payment from the NSA will be calculated by multiplying the NSA by a fraction, the numerator of which is the participating Settlement Class Workweeks worked during the Class Period, and the denominator of which is the total Workweeks worked by all participating Settlement Class members during the Class Period.
Payments From the Net Settlement Amount. The Net Settlement Amount shall include the following payments after the deductions have been made from the Gross Settlement Amount as described in this Agreement. The Net Settlement Amount will be divided into two portions, as follows: 50% of the Net Settlement Amount shall be allocated to the settlement of the 226/2802 Class claims (the “226/2802 Class Net Settlement Proceeds”) and the remaining 50% of the Net Settlement Amount shall be allocated to the settlement of the Meal/Rest/Wages Class claims (the “Meal/Rest/Wages Class Net Settlement Proceeds”).
Payments From the Net Settlement Amount. The Net Settlement Amount will be the 21 remainder of the Gross Settlement Amount after deducting the Service Payment, Class Counsel Fees 22 Payment, Litigation Expenses Payment, PAGA Payment, and Settlement Administration Expenses. The 23 Net Settlement Amount will be distributed to Participating Class Members as follows:
