Payments from the Settlement Fund. Except as otherwise described or provided for herein, all costs relating to the Settlement shall be borne by the Party that incurred them.
Payments from the Settlement Fund. 5.1 Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, and using the Notice List as set forth in section 7.2, the Settlement Administrator shall remit payment to the Settlement Class Members in the amount set forth in section 3.2.3.

Payments from the Settlement Fund. All Cash Awards, Fee Awards, Settlement Administration Costs, and any Cy Pres Distribution shall be paid out of the Settlement Fund. The Settlement Fund shall first be reduced by the Settlement Administration Costs, Fee Award, and Incentive Award prior to making any Cash Awards to Eligible Settlement Class Members pursuant to Section III.D.
Payments from the Settlement Fund. (a) Within ten (10) days of Judgment Date, the Settlement Claims Administrator shall disburse to Class Counsel any Class Counsel’s Fees and Expenses and any Class Representative Incentive Award awarded by the Court as set forth in Sections 20 and 21 below.
Payments from the Settlement Fund. 4.1. Disbursements from Settlement Fund prior to Settlement Effective Date. Class Counsel, subject to the approval of Defendants, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, may draw down money from the Gross Settlement Amount and Settlement Fund as follows:

As soon as practicable, but no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date or such other date after the Effective Date as the Court may order, the Settlement Administrator shall pay from the Settlement Fund the Settlement Class Recovery to all Settlement Class Members who file a valid claim pursuant to this Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Class Administrator shall pay the sum of $60.00 to each Class Member who files a valid claim, unless the Maximum Settlement Amount is insufficient to pay claims in the amount of $60.00 to each class member who files a claim after such funds are reduced by the payment of the Service Award and the Fee Award, in which case the claims of those class members who file a claim shall be reduced and paid on a pro rata basis.
