PAYMENTS IN RESPECT OF NOTE CERTIFICATES. 7.2.1 The Registrar will notify the New York Paying Agent, not later than five Business Days after each day that falls on the fifteenth day before an Interest Payment Date ("RECORD DATE"), whether any Noteholder has elected to receive payments by transfer to a bank account and, if so, the relevant details of such bank account. For those Noteholders who have chosen not to receive payments by transfer to a bank account, the Registrar will notify the New York Paying Agent of the address of such Noteholder appearing in the Register to which cheques should be posted. 7.2.2 The New York Paying Agent shall make or shall procure payments of interest and principal in respect of the Note Certificates in accordance with the Conditions by mailing a U.S. dollar cheque drawn on a bank in New York respectively to the address of the Noteholder appearing in the Register on the Record Date or, if the Noteholder has elected to do so, by transfer to a U.S. dollar account (as the case may be).
