Payments to the Group. Medical Program Teachers shall be eligible for group medical insurance in accordance with the health insurance offerings and employee-paid premium amounts below. For calendar year 2024: Anthem HealthSync HSA Base Plan 2024 COVERAGE TYPE ANNUAL PREMIUM Employee $1,228.16 Employee and Child/Children $3,228.57 Employee and Spouse $4,119.04 Employee and Family (Spouse and Children) $5,192.32 Anthem HealthSync HSA Enhanced Plan 2024 COVERAGE TYPE ANNUAL PREMIUM Employee $2,496.04 Employee and Child/Children $5,502.91 Employee and Spouse $7,265.02 Employee and Family (Spouse and Children) $8,671.14 For calendar year 2025 only, if there is no increase in the cost of the self-funded medical program, then the Board and employees shall contribute the same amounts as in calendar year 2024. If there is an increase in the cost of the self-funded medical program, then the Board may increase its contribution by one-half (1/2) of the percentage increase to the medical program. Employees shall be responsible for paying the remaining costs of the plans.
