PAYMENTS UPON TERMINATION OF YOUR. EMPLOYMENT AS A RESULT OF YOUR TERMINATION NOT FOR CAUSE: Upon the termination of your employment as a result of Termination Event not for Cause (as described in Section 8(B)(2) above), you shall be entitled to (a) any Base Salary and accrued vacation pay if any, due and owing at the date of such termination, but not yet paid and (b) a severance payment equal to one month's salary.
