Payor’s Payment Obligation. Subject to section 8.8.4 and the other provisions of this Agreement, each of the Payors agrees to provide to ColumbiaGrid, in response to an Invoice and pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, amounts equal to such Payor’s Allocated Share of each Payment Amount, all of which amounts shall be used by ColumbiaGrid as set forth in section 8.9.1. All dollar amounts set forth in this Agreement are U.S. dollars.
