The Company shall use reasonable best efforts to deliver true and complete copies of (i) the audited consolidated balance sheet of the Company as of December 31, 2018 and December 31, 2019, and the related audited consolidated statements of income, changes in shareholder equity, and cash flows of the Company and the for the years then ended, in each case, prepared in accordance with GAAP and Regulation S-X and audited in accordance with the auditing standards of the PCAOB (collectively, the “PCAOB Audited Financials”) within fifteen (15) days from the date hereof (but in any event no later than thirty (30) days from the date hereof) and (ii) unaudited financial statements, including consolidated balance sheets and consolidated statements of income, changes in shareholder equity, and cash flows, of the Company as at and for the six-months ended June 30, 2020 and June 30, 2019, in each case, prepared in accordance with GAAP and Regulation S-X (the “Unaudited Interim Financial Statements”).
