Peace and Quiet. Member agrees not to make any excess noise or create any nuisance such as will disturb the peace and quiet of other Members or neighbors.

Tenants agree to refrain from making loud noises and disturbances and to keep down the volume of their music and broadcast programs at all times so as not to disturb other people’s peace and quiet. Tenants must not allow others on the premises to engage in conduct disruptive to other residents’ quiet enjoyment of the property.

Loud noises such as stereos, televisions, musical instruments and parties which disturb neighbors are prohibited. Your activities should not be noticeable to other tenants or your neighbors. TRASH – All ordinary household trash should be placed in closed trash receptacles, for periodic collection. Any and all other trash such as Christmas tree, furniture, broken appliances, etc. are to be disposed of by the Tenant in a proper manner at their own expense. Tenant will be held accountable for all fines due to improper trash disposal and for all costs incurred for Landlord to clean and remove any debris.
Peace and Quiet. Serious and disorderly behaviour leading to the disturbance of other Lessees may result in the termination of the contract. Playing music at very high levels (volume) is strictly forbidden. The Lessor reserves the right to confiscate any musical equipment in the event of the Lessee not adhering to the rules. Such equipment shall only be returned to the owner at the end of the semester. Shouting and calling out loud is unacceptable.
