Peaceable Possession. Grantor’s possession of the Mortgaged Property has been peaceable and undisturbed and the Grantor does not know of any facts by reason of which any adverse claim to any part of the Mortgaged Property or to any undivided interest therein might be set up or made.

Peaceable Possession. The City warrants to Audubon that it has the right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to grant the rights granted and conveyed herein only to the extent the City validly acquires such right, power, and authority pursuant to the Act of Transfer. The City's warranty of title to the Property is further subject to the Permitted Encumbrances. Subject to the foregoing and to the other terms and provisions of this Agreement, the City binds itself to maintain Audubon in peaceable possession of the Property during the Term, except for the Permitted Encumbrances or encumbrances created by Audubon or any of its contractors, agents, representatives, invitees, trespassers or other Persons.
Peaceable Possession. Lessor covenants and agrees that as long as Lessee pays the rent and other charges as provided in this Lease and observes and performs the covenants, conditions, and terms of this Lease, Lessee shall lawfully and quietly hold, occupy, and enjoy peaceable possession of the Leased Premises during the Lease Term, except such portion of the Leased Premises, if any, as shall be taken under the power of eminent domain.
Peaceable Possession. In return for Shareholder’s continued fulfillment of the terms and conditions of this agreement, the Cooperative agrees that the Shareholder may at all times while this agreement remains in effect, have and enjoy for the Shareholder’s sole use and benefit the dwelling unit and community facilities herein above described.

City agrees that Tenant, paying the rental and performing the covenants herein contained on Tenant’s part to be paid, observed, kept and performed, Tenant shall and may, peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy said Premises during the term aforesaid. Tenant, in turn, agrees to quit and deliver up possession of said Premises peaceably and quietly at the expiration of said term, or any sooner termination as contained within this Agreement.
