Peaceable Possession. Grantor’s possession of the Mortgaged Property has been peaceable and undisturbed and the Grantor does not know of any facts by reason of which any adverse claim to any part of the Mortgaged Property or to any undivided interest therein might be set up or made.
Peaceable Possession. Mortgagor’s possession of the Mortgaged Property has been undisturbed and the Mortgagor does not know of any adverse claim, or any facts reasonably likely to give rise to any adverse claim, to the Mortgaged Property or to any undivided interest therein.

Mortgagor's possession of the Mortgaged Property has been peaceable and undisturbed and, to the best of the Mortgagor's knowledge, after due inquiry, the title thereto has never been disputed or questioned, and the Mortgagor does not know of any facts by reason of which any adverse claim to any part of the Mortgaged Property or to any undivided interest therein might be set up or made.
Peaceable Possession. In return for Shareholder’s continued fulfillment of the terms and conditions of this agreement, the Cooperative agrees that the Shareholder may at all times while this agreement remains in effect, have and enjoy for the Shareholder’s sole use and benefit the dwelling unit and community facilities herein above described.
Peaceable Possession. City agrees that Tenant, paying the rental and performing the covenants herein contained on Tenant’s part to be paid, observed, kept and performed, Tenant shall and may, peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy said Premises during the term aforesaid. Tenant, in turn, agrees to quit and deliver up possession of said Premises peaceably and quietly at the expiration of said term, or any sooner termination as contained within this Agreement.
Peaceable Possession. The LANDLORD and the TENANT each represents to the other that it has the right and power to execute and perform this Lease, and LANDLORD warrants that as long as the TENANT fulfills all of the terms and conditions of this Lease, it will have quiet and peaceable possession of the premises during the term of this Lease.
Peaceable Possession. Lessor binds itself to cause Lessee to be maintained in peaceable possession of the Leased Premises during the continuance of this Lease. Should Lessee be disturbed by any person or persons claiming a right to the Leased Premises, or should Lessee be sued by any person or persons claiming the whole or any part of said Lease Premises or claiming a servitude on the same, Lessee shall call Lessor in warranty, and Lessor hereby obligates itself to defend any such action at its costs, provided that this section shall not apply to disturbances by trespassers.
