Pending Transactions can Result in Overdrafts. If your available balance during the nightly processing is insufficient, the Credit Union may assess Overdraft/Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF)/Returned Item Fees on transaction(s) we pay or return. Even if a pending transaction has been dropped from your account, we must pay it when we receive it for payment. Sometimes, previously authorized transactions are sent to us for payment. In those cases, you may be charged an Overdraft/Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF)/Returned Item Fee if the transaction is paid into overdraft. In rare circumstances, the merchant presents transactions for payment with a different identification code than was used when originally sent for authorization and we’re unable to match them.   • Recurring Transactions If you intend to use the Card for recurring transactions, you should monitor your Balance and ensure you have funds available in your Card Account to cover the transactions. “Recurring transactions” are transactions that are authorized in advance by you to be charged to your Card at substantially regular intervals. We are not responsible if a recurring transaction is declined because you have not maintained a sufficient Balance in your Card Account to cover the transaction. If these recurring transactions may vary in amount, the person or merchant you are going to pay should tell you, 10 days before each payment, when it will be made and how much it will be. You may choose instead to get this notice only when the payment would differ by more than a certain amount from the previous payment, or when the amount would fall outside certain limits that you set with that person or merchant. If you have told us in advance to make regular payments (i.e., Recurring Transactions) from your Card Account, you can stop the payment by notifying us orally or in writing at least three (3) Business Days before the scheduled date of the transfer. If you call, we also may require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within 14 days after you call. If you order us to stop one of these payments three (3) Business Days or more before the transfer is scheduled, and we do not do so, we will be liable for your losses or damages. If you have authorized a merchant to make the recurring payment, you should also contact the applicable merchant in order to stop the transaction. Fraudulent Card Account Activity. We may block or cancel your Card Account if, as a result of our policies and procedures, we reasonably believe your Card Account is being used for fraudulent, suspicious, or criminal activity or any activity that is inconsistent with this Agreement. We will incur no liability because of the unavailability of the funds that may be associated with your Card Account.

  • Transactions Made in Foreign Currencies If a transaction is made in a foreign currency, we and MasterCard International or VISA International, depending on which card is used, will convert the transaction into a U.S. dollar amount. MasterCard and VISA will act in accordance with their operating regulations or conversion procedures in effect at the time the transaction is processed. Currently, their regulations and procedures provide that the currency conversion rate they use, to determine the transaction amount in U.S. dollar, is either (a) a wholesale market rate, or (b) a government-mandated rate in effect one day prior to the processing date. MasterCard and VISA increase this conversion rate by one percent (1%) and keep this increase as compensation for performing the currency conversion service. We will charge you two percent (2%) of the U.S. dollar amount of the transaction converted from a foreign currency. The currency conversion rate calculated in this manner that is in effect on the processing date may differ from the rate in effect on the transaction date or posting date. Other Charges. You agree we may assess, in addition to the Interest Charge, the Other Charges below which charges will be earned when assessed and are not subject to refund or rebate. The following fees may be added, as applicable, to the Account and treated as a Purchase as indicated on the Insert:

  • Mobile Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Make xxxx payments from your savings or checking account using the Mobile Xxxx Xxxxx service . When you register for Mobile Banking, designated accounts and payees (or billers) linked to your account through Online Banking will be accessible through the Mobile Banking service.

  • Are There Different Types of IRAs or Other Tax Deferred Accounts? Yes. Upon creation of a tax deferred account, you must designate whether the account will be a Traditional IRA, a Xxxx XXX, or a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account (“CESA”). (In addition, there are Simplified Employee Pension Plan (“SEP”) IRAs and Savings Incentive Matched Plan for Employees of Small Employers (“SIMPLE”) IRAs, which are discussed in the Disclosure Statement for Traditional IRAs). • In a Traditional IRA, amounts contributed to the IRA may be tax deductible at the time of contribution. Each type of account is a custodial account created for the exclusive benefit of the beneficiary – you (or your spouse) in the case of the Traditional IRA and Xxxx XXX, and a named beneficiary in the case of a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account. U.S. Bank, National Association serves as Custodian of the account. Your, your spouse’s or your beneficiary’s (as applicable) interest in the account is nonforfeitable.

  • Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion - Lower Tier Covered Transactions (a) The prospective lower tier participant certifies, by submission of this proposal, that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any federal department or agency.

  • Refinancing Preparation Advance; Capitalizing Front-end Fee and Interest (a) If the Loan Agreement provides for the repayment out of the proceeds of the Loan of an advance made by the Bank or the Association (“Preparation Advance”), the Bank shall, on behalf of such Loan Party, withdraw from the Loan Account on or after the Effective Date the amount required to repay the withdrawn and outstanding balance of the advance as at the date of such withdrawal from the Loan Account and to pay all accrued and unpaid charges, if any, on the advance as at such date. The Bank shall pay the amount so withdrawn to itself or the Association, as the case may be, and shall cancel the remaining unwithdrawn amount of the advance.”

  • Termination in the Event of Financial Difficulties If the HSP makes an assignment, proposal, compromise, or arrangement for the benefit of creditors, or is petitioned into bankruptcy, or files for the appointment of a receiver the Funder will consult with the Director before determining whether this Agreement will be terminated. If the Funder terminates this Agreement because a person has exercised a security interest as contemplated by section 107 of the Act, the Funder would expect to enter into a service accountability agreement with the person exercising the security interest or the receiver or other agent acting on behalf of that person where the person has obtained the Director's approval under section 110 of the Act and has met all other relevant requirements of Applicable Law.

  • Foreign Transactions; Currency Conversion Purchases and cash advances made in foreign currencies will be billed to you in U.S. dollars. The conversion rate in dollars will be a rate selected by the card company from a range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing date, which rate may vary from the rate the card company itself receives, or the government-mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date in each instance. All transactions processed outside of the United States (which may include internet transactions) will be charged a foreign transaction fee in the amount disclosed on your Truth-in-Lending Statement (as amended from time to time).

  • Online Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Online Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Review available copies of eStatements and tax information. • Make bill payments from your checking account using the Bill Pay service. Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your applicable Loan Agreement and Disclosures.
