PERFORM ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. Altisource will perform routine maintenance as defined by Residential, to include bi-annual maintenance of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems as well as bi-annual quality assurance checks to assess the physical condition of the Rental Property and identify any significant unreported repairs or deferred maintenance issues.
