Performance and Compliance Measures. 19.1 As indicated in clauses 15, 16 and 17, the GMW Management System is committed to ongoing management and improvement of its OHS&R and environmental policies and requirements. The Company requires all and every employee to be equally committed. 19.2 In order to promote efficiency the parties acknowledge that time in excess of 38 hours per week will be paid in the week normally due only if the employee has lodged with the Company worksheets (including machine usage) properly completed and within the time agreed by the parties. Where time sheets are not lodged as required the excess hours will be paid in the week following lodgement. 19.3 An additional allowance will be paid for use of employees’ tools, plant and equipment where agreed to be necessary for a specific job. The rate will be determined by agreement between the Company and employees.

Performance and Compliance Measures. 45.1. The Company is committed to improvement of its work practices to achieve increases in productivity, quality improvements, and reduction in down time and to minimise WH&S, environmental and quality incidents. The Company requires all Employees to be equally committed. 45.2. A primary business objective is the delivery of quality services on a timely basis and, at the same time, maintaining good working relationships with clients at all levels. In this context, the commitment of Employees to these principles is of fundamental importance.

A monthly bonus at the maximum rate of $1.00/hour for hours actually worked will be paid on the following basis:- a) Where there are no corrective action or NCR in the month – 100% of rate b) Where one or more corrective action or NCR is required in the month – 100% reduction in rate

  • Performance and Compliance Purchaser shall have performed all of the covenants and complied, in all material respects, with all the provisions required by this Agreement to be performed or complied with by it on or before the Closing.

Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Goals Goals define availability, performance and other objectives of Service provisioning and delivery. Goals do not include remedies and failure to meet any Service Goal does not entitle Customer to a Service credit.

  • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”). The parties agree that such Service Level Agreement reflects performance goals and any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof shall not be considered a breach of contract that gives rise to contractual or other remedies. It is the intention of the parties that the sole remedy for failure to perform in accordance with the provisions of the Service Level Agreement, or any dispute relating to performance goals set forth in the Service Level Agreement, will be a meeting of the parties to resolve the failure pursuant to the consultation procedure described in Sections V. B. and V.C. below. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties hereby acknowledge that any party’s failure (or lack thereof) to meet the provisions of the Service Level Agreement, while not in and of itself a breach of contract giving rise to contractual or other remedies, may factor into the Trust’s reasonably determined belief regarding the standard of care exercised by State Street hereunder.
