PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS Section A. Probationary Period. Before the end of any probationary period, the supervisor shall prepare a written evaluation of the Employee's performance. The performance evaluation shall be reviewed with the Employee, signed by the supervisor and Employee and forwarded to the Human Resources Director or her/his designee.
