PERFORMANCE, FORECAST, PLANNING AND STANDARDS COMMITTEEThe Parties performance and administration of this Article VII shall conform to the recommendations, findings and conclusions of the Committee.

PERFORMANCE, FORECAST, PLANNING AND STANDARDS COMMITTEE. The Parties hereby agree to the formation of a Performance, Forecast, Planning and Standards Committee which shall be composed of representatives of both Parties for the purpose of: developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote effective and efficient performance for the benefit of each Party's Customers and each other; promoting reliable forecasting of facility and capital needs associated with the performance of this Agreement; coordinating planning of new, expanded, modified or altered network features, functions and capabilities; and. developing appropriate standards by which to evaluate the quality and timeliness of performance. For administrative efficiency, the Parties agree that the same Committee that is implementing the details of the Ohio Interconnection Agreement between the Parties shall attend to the implementation of this Agreement.
PERFORMANCE, FORECAST, PLANNING AND STANDARDS COMMITTEE. The Parties hereby agree to the formation of a Performance, Forecast, Planning and Standards Committee which shall be composed of representatives of both Parties for the purpose of: developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote effective and efficient performance for the benefit of each Party=s Customers and each other; promoting reliable forecasting of facility and capital needs associated with the performance of this Agreement; coordinating planning of new, expanded, modified or altered network features, functions and capabilities; and, developing appropriate standards by which to evaluate the quality and timeliness of performance. Within thirty (30) days of the execution of this Agreement, each Party shall designate, in writing, no more than four (4) persons to be permanent members of this Committee provided that either Party may include, in Committee meetings or Committee activities, such technical specialists or other persons as may be reasonably required to address a specific task, matter or subject. Each Party=s permanent members of the Committee shall have the authority to make commitments and take such other action as may be necessary to satisfy the objectives of this Agreement. Within sixty (60) days from the execution of this Agreement, the Parties shall have conducted the first Committee meeting and identified a schedule and procedures for the purpose of satisfying the objectives of this Section 35.3. Such procedures shall include the process by which issues shall be resolved by the Committee. The Parties understand and agree that it is not possible, as of the date this Agreement is executed, to list or define all the needs, resources and capabilities that may be required to efficiently and effectively accomplish the objectives of this Agreement. It is the specific intent of the Parties that the Committee created by this Section 35.3 shall provide the flexibility that shall be required to allow this Agreement to dynamically adapt the relationship of the Parties as circumstances warrant or as otherwise required. Determinations by the Committee may be incorporated in the Bilateral Agreement or this Agreement according to Section 35.15 but shall, nonetheless, be in writing and provided to the persons specified in Section to receive notices.

  • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.

  • Marketing Plan The MCOP shall submit an annual marketing plan to ODM including all planned activities for promoting membership in or increasing awareness of the MCOP. The marketing plan submission shall include an attestation by the MCOP that the plan is accurate and is not intended to mislead, confuse, or defraud the eligible individuals or ODM.

  • Staffing Plan The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • Recognition of Union Stewards and Grievance Committee In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the rights and duties of the Union Stewards. The Xxxxxxx shall assist any Employee, which the Xxxxxxx represents, in preparing and presenting her grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.

  • Safety Objectives 55.1 The Parties recognise the potentially hazardous nature of the construction industry. To this end, the Parties to the Agreement are committed to continuous improvement in occupational health and safety standards through the implementation of an organisational framework which involves all Parties in protecting Employees’ health and safety. 55.2 In meeting these objectives, the Parties have agreed to consider a broad agenda through the consultative processes established by this Agreement. Such an agenda will include: (a) Measures designed to include the safe operation of plant and equipment; (b) Training issues including specific hazards, health and safety systems, and site induction; (c) Management of occupational health and safety through a comprehensive approach which aims to control hazards at their source, reduce the incidence and costs of occupational injuries and illnesses; and (d) Risk of fatigue (see clause 36.5). 55.3 The Employer will comply with all relevant work health and safety legislation, including the OHS Act, workers compensation legislation, regulations, codes of practice and relevant and appropriate Australian and Industry Standards as set out in Appendix F.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All Projects/Services shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the Director.

  • Program Goals CalHFA MAC envisions that these monies would be used to complement other federal or lender programs designed specifically to stabilize communities by providing assistance to homeowners who have suffered a financial hardship and as a result are no longer financially able to afford their first-lien mortgage loan payments or their Property Expenses when associated with a Federal Housing Administration (“FHA”) Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (“HECM”) loan, only.

  • Quality Service Standards Price Services and the Fund may from time to time agree to certain quality service standards, as well as incentives and penalties with respect to Price Services’ Services hereunder.
