Performance Reporting. The State of California is required to submit the following financial reports to FEMA:

Performance Reporting. (1) Provide oversight on the daily & monthly calculation and review of the investment performance of the Funds, including performance attribution;

Performance Reporting. 26.2.1 At such time as BA makes available to other Telecommunications Carriers purchasing Interconnection from BA the Performance Monitoring Reports described by the FCC Order in the Application of XXXX ATLANTIC Corporation, Transferee, For Consent to Transfer Control of XXXX ATLANTIC Corporation and its Subsidiaries, NSD-L-96-10, Memorandum Opinion and Order (August 14, 1997) (“the FCC Merger Order”), BA shall provide NorthPoint with the Performance Monitoring Reports applicable to NorthPoint in accordance with the requirements of said FCC Merger Order.
Performance Reporting. 26.2.1 To the extent required by the FCC Order in the Application of XXXX ATLANTIC Corporation, Transferee, For Consent to Transfer Control of XXXX ATLANTIC Corporation and its Subsidiaries, NSD-L-96-10, Memorandum Opinion and Order (August 14, 1997) (“the FCC Merger Order”), BA shall provide Level 3 with the Performance Monitoring Reports applicable to Level 3 in accordance with the requirements of said FCC Merger Order.
Performance Reporting. EOHHS may, at its discretion and at any time, identify certain Contract requirements and other performance and quality measures about which the Contractor must report to EOHHS. If EOHHS is concerned with the Contractor’s performance on such measures, the Contractor shall discuss such performance with EOHHS and, as further specified by EOHHS:
Performance Reporting. The RECIPIENT shall submit progress reports to the DEPARTMENT with each payment request or such other schedule as set forth in the Special Conditions. The RECIPIENT shall also report in writing to the DEPARTMENT any problems, delays or adverse conditions which will materially affect their ability to meet project objectives or time schedules. This disclosure shall be accompanied by a statement of the action taken or proposed and any assistance needed from the DEPARTMENT to resolve the situation. Payments may be withheld if required progress reports are not submitted. Quarterly reports shall cover the periods January 1 through March 31, April 1 through June 30, July 1 through September 30, and October 1 through December 31. Reports shall be due within thirty (30) days following the end of the quarter being reported.
Performance Reporting. 14.9 For the avoidance of doubt, no approvals, comments, instructions, consents or advice or indication of satisfaction given by or from the Company nor any enquiry or inspection which the Company may make or have carried out for its benefit or on its behalf will operate to reduce, extinguish, exclude, limit or modify the Providers obligations under the Contract.
