Common use of Periodic Recruitment Clause in Contracts

Periodic Recruitment. The Solicitation allowed for periodic recruitment of additional Contractors during the term of this Contract. Recruitment periods are optional at the discretion of the State. Additional recruitment periods will be advertised in the NYS Contract Reporter.
