Periodic Site Visits. As a basic service of this agreement, the A/E shall make periodic site visits as set forth herein and as reasonably necessary in accordance with the complexity of the contracted work and the scheduled construction activities. The A/E shall observe the construction operations and report on the progress and quality of the work being performed to determine, in general, that the work is proceeding in accordance with the approved construction schedule and that the materials, finishes and workmanship are in accordance with the contract documents. The A/E is required to conduct periodic site visits when contractors are present on the site and installing their respective trade work. Site visits shall be made by appropriately experienced personnel with specific knowledge of the requirements of the project as designed and specified. Unless otherwise agreed, minimum site visits shall be as set forth below for each trade contract included in the project through substantial completion providing sufficient work is being performed. When minimal work is being performed, the A/E may make one all-inclusive project site visit in addition to the services provided in Article 14.12 B.

Combined MEP Work shall include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems work including, derivative specialty systems such as temperature control, building automation, fire alarm etc. B. Payment and Pay/Progress meetings are a basic service and are not compensable as a reimbursement expense, but are permissible in fulfilling the requirements of Article 14.12 providing: 1. Contractors are present on site and installing their respective trade work. 2. Observation is provided by appropriately experienced personnel with specific knowledge of the requirements of the project. 3. Observation reports are filed in accordance with Article 14.14. C. CDB shall be notified immediately if, in the A/E’s opinion, the materials, finishes and/or workmanship does not conform to the contract documents, requires special inspection or testing (beyond the specified requirements), or has been disapproved or rejected by the A/E. D. The A/E and the contractor shall be liable for the replacement and/or any damages incurred as a result of knowingly permitting non-specified material, or otherwise non-conforming work to be incorporated into the project.
Periodic Site Visits. Perform periodic site visits to review the tank excavation for conformance to the geotechnical report and Division 2 Site Construction specifications, check for adverse subsurface conditions, and assess the suitability of the foundation soils for tank support. We have assumed six site visits of four hours each to review the tank excavation and foundation conditions and one hour per visit to prepare a summary of our findings.
Periodic Site Visits. If included as part of OhmComm, Inc.’ design or consulting services set forth in the SOW, OhmComm, Inc. shall visit the site at intervals, appropriate to the stage of construction, or as otherwise agreed with Customer in writing. The purpose of the periodic site visits is to become generally familiar with the progress and quality of the work designed by OhmComm, Inc. and to determine in general if such work is proceeding in accordance with any contract documents as part of the contract for construction. OhmComm, Inc. shall not be required to make exhaustive or continuous on-site inspections to check the quality or quantity of the work designed by OhmComm, Inc.. On the basis of such on-site observations, OhmComm, Inc. shall keep Customer informed of the progress and quality of the work designed by OhmComm, Inc. and shall endeavor to guard the Customer against defects and deficiencies in such work of the contractor.
Periodic Site Visits. If included as part of Profound Technologies’ design or consulting services set forth in the SOW, Profound Technologies shall visit the site at intervals, appropriate to the stage of construction, or as otherwise agreed with Customer in writing. The purpose of the periodic site visits is to become generally familiar with the progress and quality of the work designed by Profound Technologies and to determine in general if such work is proceeding in accordance with any contract documents as part of the contract for construction. Profound Technologies shall not be required to make exhaustive or continuous on-site inspections to check the quality or quantity of the work designed by Profound Technologies. On the basis of such on-site observations, Profound Technologies shall keep Customer informed of the progress and quality of the work designed by Profound Technologies and shall endeavor to guard the Customer against defects and deficiencies in such work of the contractor.

Periodic Site Visits. Visits to the construction site and observations made by the Engineer as part of services during construction are made for the purpose of determining whether, in general, work appears to conform to the design intent. Engineer will not make detailed or exhaustive investigations of Contractor’s work. Engineering visits and observations shall not relieve the Construction Contractor(s) of an obligation to conduct comprehensive inspections of the work sufficient to ensure conformance with the intent of the Contract Documents and shall not relieve the Construction Contractor(s) of total responsibility for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures necessary for coordinating and completing all portions of the work under the Construction Contract(s) in conformance with the intent of those Contract(s) and for all safety precautions incidental thereto. Such visits by the Engineer are not to be construed as part of the observation duties of the on-site representative personnel defined herein, nor is the Engineer in any way responsible for inspecting, noting, commenting on, or reporting safety deficiencies. The Engineer shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of any Contractor(s)' or subcontractor(s)' agents or employees or any persons at the site except Engineer's own employees and agents.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Inspections The Servicer shall inspect the Mortgaged Property as often as deemed necessary by the Servicer in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices to assure itself that the value of the Mortgaged Property is being preserved. In addition, if any Mortgage Loan is more than 45 days delinquent, the Servicer promptly shall inspect the Mortgaged Property and shall conduct subsequent inspections in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices or as may be required by the primary mortgage guaranty insurer. Upon request, the Servicer shall produce an electronic report of each such inspection.
