Periodic Spread Information Sample Clauses
The 'Periodic Spread Information' clause requires one party to regularly provide details about the spread, or difference, between two financial rates or prices relevant to the agreement. Typically, this involves sharing updated information at set intervals, such as monthly or quarterly, and may apply to interest rate swaps, bond yields, or other financial instruments where spreads are significant. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and keep all parties informed about key financial metrics, thereby supporting accurate calculations and reducing the risk of disputes.
