Permanent Seasonal Bargaining Unit Employees. This section applies only to permanent seasonal bargaining unit employees (PSE’s) who are working in a testing designated position. Because these employees are neither applicants nor changing their assignment, they shall not be subject to annual applicant, pre- employment, or pre-assignment testing upon return to a pay and duty status.
