Permissible Purpose. NCC and Client certify that any Consumer Reports or related Credit Bureau Data will only be used for a permissible purpose and used for no other purpose other than prescribed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”).
Permissible Purpose. Client shall procure and use Screening Reports only for the legally permissible employment purposes set forth in this Agreement.
Permissible Purpose. Pursuant to the FCRA (15 U.S.C. § 1681b(a)(3)(B)), End User hereby certifies that all of its orders for Screening Reports from Sterling shall be made, and the resulting reports shall be used for employment purposes, as defined in the FCRA, including evaluating a consumer for employment, promotion, reassignment or retention as an employee, where the consumer has given prior written permission.
Permissible Purpose. That each time a request for information or a credit report is made of the Credit Bureau, the SUBSCRIBER’S representative authorized to make such a request will use the information or report solely for a permissible purpose, namely:
(1) In connection with a credit transaction involving the consumer on whom the information is to be furnished and involving the extension of credit to, or review or collection of an account of, the consumer; or
(2) For employment purposes; and Subscriber agrees to make the employment certification described in section B, “Employment Purposes” below; or
(3) In connection with the underwriting of insurance involving the consumer or
(4) In connection with a legitimate business need for the information in connection with a business transaction initiated by the consumer or to review an account to determine whether the consumer continues to meet the terms of the account; and the SUBCRIBER agrees to identify to the Credit Bureau each request at the time such report is ordered, and to certify the legitimate business need for such report; or
(5) In connection with a determination of the consumer's eligibility for a license or other benefit granted by a governmental instrumentality required by law to consider an applicant’s financial responsibility or status; or
(6) As a potential investor or servicer, or current insurer, in connection with a valuation of, or an assessment of the credit or prepayment risks associated with, an existing credit obligation.
Permissible Purpose. The specific purpose(s) that the consumer information will be used for is/are: Employment purposes including evaluating a consumer for employment, promotion, reassignment or retention of an employment Eligibility for a license
Permissible Purpose. End-User certifies that all of its orders for Reports from Xxx-xxxxxx.xxx, Inc. shall be made, and the resulting Reports shall be used, only in accordance with the Laws, and with regard to the FCRA, for the following FCRA- permissible purposes only: (CHECK ALL THAT APPLY). Section 604(a)(2). As instructed by the consumer in writing. ✔ Section 604(a)(3)(B). For employment purposes, including evaluating a consumer for employment, promotion, reassignment or retention as an employee, where the consumer has given prior written permission (“employment purposes”). • End-User shall not request, obtain or use Reports for any purpose not checked above, including, but not limited to, for the purpose of selling, leasing, renting or otherwise providing information obtained under this Agreement, or derived from such information, to any other party, whether alone or in conjunction with End-User’s owndata. • End-User understands and agrees that it will be required to identify and certify the specific permissible purpose for each individual Report requested from Xxx-xxxxxx.xxx, Inc. at the time of each order, and that it will be used solely for End-User’s exclusive one-time use. • PLEASE NOTE: THE FCRA PROVIDES THAT ANY PERSON WHO KNOWINGLY AND WILLFULLY OBTAINS INFORMATION ON A CONSUMER FROM A CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY UNDER FALSE PRETENSES SHALL BE FINED UNDER TITLE 18 OF THE UNITED STATES CODE OR IMPRISONED NOT MORE THAN TWO YEARS, OR BOTH.

End User hereby certifies that all of its orders for Screening Reports from Reveal Background shall be made, and the resulting reports shall be used for employment purposes, as defined in the FCRA, including evaluating a consumer for employment, promotion, reassignment or retention as an employee, where the consumer has given prior permission.
Permissible Purpose. End User hereby certifies that it has a permissible purpose under the FCRA to obtain the Consumer Report and that the report will only be used for employment purposes including evaluating a Consumer for employment, promotion, reassignment or retention as an employee, where the Consumer has given prior written permission and for no other purpose.
Permissible Purpose. Grant Recipient has a permissible purpose (employment/volunteer) for obtaining Screening Reports (a written consumer or investigative consumer report generated by Provider with respect to its research about a Consumer) in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.), as amended
