Permits and License. Contractor represents and warrants that it will comply with all applicable laws and maintain all permits and licenses required by applicable city, county, state, and federal rules, regulations, statutes, codes, and other laws that pertain to this Contract.

Except as set forth on Schedule 3.12, (a) Schedule 2.01(h) contains a complete and accurate list of all material Permits (including applications therefor) used in connection with the Business, all of which are valid, validly issued, remain in effect and good standing, and are legally transferable to Buyer, and (b) there are no material permits required under applicable Legal Requirements in connection with the ownership or operation of the Business or the use and possession of the Assets other than those set forth on Schedule 2.01(h).
Permits and License a. Contractor shall be responsible for and shall hold any and all required Federal, State or local permits or licenses required to perform its obligations under the Agreement.
b. Contractor shall make all necessary payments for licenses and permits for all Ambulance vehicles used.
c. It shall be entirely the responsibility of Contractor to schedule and coordinate all applications and application renewals as necessary to ensure that Contractor is meeting its obligation under the Agreement and is in complete compliance with Federal, State and local requirements for permits and licenses as necessary to provide the services.
d. Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that its employee’s State and local certifications as necessary to provide the services, if applicable, are valid and current at all times.

(a) The Contractor shall secure and pay for all governmental permits and licenses required by law with relation to any work covered by this contract, and shall give all notices, pay all fees and comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations relating to the work specified.

Permits and License. Any and all permits, licenses, certificates or fees required for the performance of the work associated with this contract shall be obtained by and paid for by the Contractor.
Permits and License. Contractor acknowledges that it will maintain all relevant permits and licenses required to perform the services required by this Agreement. This will include, but not be limited to licenses and permits for radiology and pharmacy. Contractor shall ensure that all individuals or entities performing that health care services required under this Agreement, including its employees, agents, assignees, subcontractors or independent contractors shall be appropriately licensed, registered or certified as required by applicable law. Contractor shall immediately notify the County of any revocation, suspension, termination, expiration restrictions, etc., of any required license, registration or certification of any individual or entity to perform the services herein specified.
Permits and License. Contractor shall be required to obtain any and all approvals, permits, and/or licenses which may be required in connection with the permitted operation as set out herein. No permit approval or consent given hereunder by County in its governmental capacity shall affect or limit Contractor’s obligations hereunder, not shall any approvals or consents given by County as a party to the Contract, be deemed approval as to compliance or conformance with applicable governmental codes, laws, ordinances, rules, or regulations.
