Permitted Investments; Liability for Loss in Bank Accounts. Manager shall not invest funds belonging to SPE Tenant or generated by the Managed Facility and held by SPE Tenant or any Tenant in the Bank Accounts, except as may be permitted under the Leasehold Financing Documents and as approved by Tenant. Tenant shall bear all losses suffered in any investment of funds into any such Bank Account, and Manager shall have no liability or responsibility for such losses, except to the extent due to a Manager Event of Default.
