Permitted Use of the Software. You may install and use the Software on up to the agreed number of computers indicated in the Documentation or other transaction materials made available to you at the time you purchase the Software (the “Permitted Number of Computers”). The Software must be used exclusively by you or your subsidiaries (those entities over which you have more than fifty percent (50%) ownership and control) for internal purposes that do not contravene this Agreement or applicable law. In the event of any such use of the Software by your subsidiaries, you will ensure and be liable for your subsidiaries’ compliance with all obligations imposed on you hereunder. Any obligations of AVAST in respect of the Software shall be owed solely to you and not your subsidiaries that use the Software under this license. Subject to the remainder of this Section, you may also make the necessary number of backup copies of the Software. Provided the Software is configured for network use, you may install and use the Software on one or more file servers for use on a single local area network for only one (but not both) of the following purposes: 2.1 either permanent installation of the Software onto a hard disk or other storage device for up to the Permitted Number of Computers, or 2.2 use of the Software over such single local area network, provided the number of different computers on which the Software is used does not exceed the Permitted Number of Computers. ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED BY THIS SECTION OR ANY RESALE OR FURTHER DISTRIBUTION OF THE SOFTWARE CONSTITUTES A MATERIAL BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT AND MAY VIOLATE APPLICABLE COPYRIGHT LAWS.

Permitted Use of the Software. You may install and use the Software on an unlimited number of computers. The Software must be used exclusively 1) by you as an individual or members of your household solely for private non- commercial purposes or 2) by you as an educational establishment in the U.S.A. (public or non-profit educational institution/education organization - includes grades K-12 and higher, vocational/trade schools, head start programs or other entities with educational purposes under 501(c) of the IRS Publication 557 - Organization Reference Chart section) solely for your internal non-commercial purposes or 3) by you as a public library in the U.S.A. solely for your internal non-commercial purposes (whereas U.S.A. includes all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the territories of American Samoa, Guam, Marianas, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) or 4) for internal support to you as a sole proprietorship or les très petites entreprises (TPE) with registered office in France. You may also make appropriate number of the backup copies of the Software but not more than ten. ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED BY THIS SECTION OR ANY RESALE OR FURTHER DISTRIBUTION OF THE SOFTWARE CONSTITUTES A MATERIAL BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT AND MAY VIOLATE APPLICABLE COPYRIGHT LAWS.

Permitted Use of the Software. 4.1 Sente Software grants the Licensee a non-exclusive and non-transferable license for the internal use of the Software, documentation and any updates provided by Sente Software. 4.2 The License granted hereunder permits employees of the Licensee to use the Software only at the Designated Site as specified in article 3. 4.3 The Licensee is only authorised to use the Software for its own internal purposes and may in no event use it as part of a data service or operation for any third party. 4.4 The License is granted for use of the software components and by the number of users for which the corresponding license fee has been paid.

Permitted Use of the Software. CUSTOMER may solely use the SOFTWARE for the purpose to operate a XXXXXX camera product unless otherwise negotiated between CUSTOMER and BASLER.

There are also components of the Software downloaded by you. You may install and use the downloaded components of Software on up to the agreed number of computers indicated in the Documentation or other transaction materials made available to you at the time you purchase the Software. Permitted Use of the Software. There is Software hosted by IILLC and its authorized affiliates. You may access and permit the authorized number of users to access the Software and the Documentation. In the event of any such use of the Software by your subsidiaries, you will ensure and be liable for your subsidiaries’ compliance with all obligations imposed on you hereunder. Any obligations of IILLC in respect of the Software shall be owed solely to you and not your subsidiaries that use the Software under this license. ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED BY THIS SECTION OR ANY RESALE OR FURTHER DISTRIBUTION OF ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE IS A MATERIAL BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT AND MAY VIOLATE APPLICABLE COPYRIGHT LAWS.

ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED BY THIS SECTION OR ANY RESALE OR FURTHER DISTRIBUTION OF THE SOFTWARE EXCEPT DISTRIBUTION FOR FREE CONSTITUTES A MATERIAL BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT AND MAY VIOLATE APPLICABLE COPYRIGHT LAWS.
