Perpetual Licenses. For each Product licensed on a perpetual basis, each party’s maximum, aggregate liability is the amount Customer paid for the applicable licenses.

Perpetual Licenses. A Licensed Solution that is offered under a Perpetual License may be further limited by the Order as follows:
(a) Licensed per SharePoint Server: one Perpetual License per SharePoint Server that is being administered through the Licensed Solution; (b) Licensed per usage: the Perpetual License granted hereunder is based on the number, size or amount of data processed by the Licensed Solution and is limited to the amount specified on the applicable Order; (c) Licensed per Named Domain (if offered by AvePoint under a perpetual license model): one Perpetual License per Named Domain as set forth on the applicable Order; and (d) for a Licensed Solution that is classified as part of the DocAve Software Platform, one Perpetual License per DocAve Manager and per Media Services used, where such usage is limited to the amount specified on the applicable Order.
Perpetual Licenses. In the event the Term of Licensee’s license is perpetual, Licensee must be current in its payment of annual technical support and maintenance fees in order to download the current version of the Licensed Product or to obtain technical support from Teradici. Licensee will pay Teradici the first year’s annual support and maintenance fees at the time of its payment of perpetual license fees, and subsequent years’ annual support and maintenance fees will be payable annually by Licensee to Teradici. Teradici shall have no obligation to provide support services if Licensee fails to make any required support services payment or otherwise elects to discontinue support services. In order to reinstate or renew support services, Licensee must first pay Teradici the then current annual support services fee and all past unpaid support services fees.
Perpetual Licenses. For licenses purchased on a perpetual basis, Maintenance and Support is not included in the purchase. Customer must separately purchase annual Maintenance and Support for all perpetual licenses purchased for an initial minimum (1) year term. Unless otherwise agreed by XxxxxXxxxx in writing, to be entitled to Maintenance and Support, Customer must purchase support for each active license (including for example each Developer License and/or Floating License) purchased on a perpetual license basis when renewing Maintenance and Support. Inactive Developer licenses may not be used by Customer if Maintenance and Support is not purchased for those licenses unless Customer has opted not to purchase Maintenance and Support for all its Developer Licenses.
Perpetual Licenses. 2.2.1 Perpetual license/s entitle the Customer to use of the Software in accordance with clause 2.2.3 below.
2.2.2 Maintenance is provided to the Customer in line with the Maintenance and Support Document and is subject to advance payment of the annual Maintenance Fee. Where the perpetual license holder does not have active Maintenance the Customer will not be entitled to updates and upgrades to the Software. Certain faults discovered may only be resolved by a fix from the Software author. In the event that the Customer wishes to purchase or re-commence with Maintenance, the Customer shall be billed a fee equal to the annual Maintenance Fee for the years (or part thereof) not paid by the Customer as well as the then current annual Maintenance Fee prior to the activation or re-commencement.
Perpetual Licenses. The License Term for Software purchased on a “perpetual” basis shall have no expiration date, unless terminated pursuant to this Section 6 of the Agreement.
Perpetual Licenses. YOU may purchase a perpetual license to use the Software (a “Perpetual License”). A Perpetual License shall entitle YOU to use the Software indefinitely, unless and until terminated by Maplesoft in accordance with this Agreement. YOU understand and agree that the Elite Maintenance Program for each Perpetual License, if any, will terminate automatically upon expiration of the initial Elite Maintenance Program term. Thereafter, the Elite Maintenance Program term may be renewed for the Software upon payment at the then- applicable rates, as long as Maplesoft offers such Elite Maintenance Program, generally, for such Software. Maplesoft acknowledges that Perpetual License Software does not contain any code or device that will render it inoperable, upon expiration of any time period or upon any event.
Perpetual Licenses. Subject to the provisions of Sections 3.5(c) and (d) below, Licensee may increase the number of perpetual licenses that the Software is configured to support by paying an additional perpetual license fee, and a Software Support fee, for each additional Authorized User of the Software. The amount of the additional perpetual license fee, and the Software Support fee, will be as stated in an invoice generated by Perforce and delivered to Licensee.
Perpetual Licenses. Unless otherwise defined by the Order Document, the Software is licensed on a perpetual basis. Subscription based licenses are granted for the initial period defined by the Order Document (the “Initial Term”). Following the Initial Term, if so indicated by the Order Document, Your license shall automatically renew for consecutive one year periods, subject to You having paid all fees due (“Renewal Terms”).
