Common use of Personal Assets Clause in Contracts

Personal Assets. No Employee shall be required or requested to disclose to the Employer any item of his property, income, assets, source of income or assets, debts or personal or domestic expenditures (including those of any member of his family or household) unless such information is necessary in an internal investigation with regards to the Employee's assets.
