Personal Business Leave. A unit member shall be allowed to take up to one (1) day per year of accrued vacation leave for personal business purposes, with the prior scheduling approval of the department head. Normally, the leave shall be taken in one-half (1/2) day increments; however, smaller increments may be granted in justified cases by the department head.
