Personal Data Breaches. 5.7.1 The Data Processor shall give immediate notice to the Data Controller if a breach occurs, that can lead to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed re the Personal Data processed on behalf of the Data Controller (a “Personal Data Breach”).
5.7.2 The Data Processor shall make reasonable efforts to identify the cause of such a breach and take those steps as they deem necessary to establish the cause, and to prevent such a breach from reoccurring.
Personal Data Breaches. We will notify you without undue delay after we become aware of any Personal Data Breach and will provide timely information relating to the Personal Data Breach as it becomes known or reasonably requested by you. At your request, we will promptly provide you with such reasonable assistance as necessary to enable you to notify relevant Personal Data Breaches to competent authorities and/or affected Data Subjects, if you are required to do so under Data Protection Laws.
Personal Data Breaches. Processor will notify the Controller as soon as practicable after it becomes aware of any of any Personal Data Breach affecting any Personal Data. At the Controller’s request, Processor will promptly provide the Controller with all reasonable assistance necessary to enable the Controller to notify relevant Personal Data Breaches to competent authorities and/or affected Data Subjects, if Controller is required to do so under the Data Protection Law.
Personal Data Breaches. 4.1. In case of a (suspected) personal data breach related to the personal data received from Bolt or an incident that is likely to escalate into a personal data breach, the Partner shall immediately notify Bolt thereof.
4.2. The Partner shall send the notification to Bolt immediately, but no later than within 24 hours of learning about the data breach.

Personal Data Breaches. 11.1 After becoming aware of a Personal Data Protection Breach falling in its area of responsibility, and affecting the Personal Data communicated by the other Party, the Party shall notify the other Party within 48 hours.
11.2 The Parties will provide each other reasonable assistance to facilitate the handling of the Personal Data Breach and accurate information about the breach, in particular (but not only) in case a complaint is, or likely to be, lodged by a Data Subject in relation to the Breach.
Personal Data Breaches. Vendor will notify Customer without undue delay after it becomes aware of any Personal Data Breach and shall provide timely information relating to the Personal Data Breach as it becomes known or reasonably requested by Customer. At Customer’s request, Vendor will promptly provide Customer with such reasonable assistance as necessary to enable Customer to notify relevant Personal Data Breaches to competent authorities and/or affected Data Subjects, if Customer is required to do so under Data Protection Laws.
Personal Data Breaches. The Processor shall have the ability to restore availability and access to Personal Data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident as defined in Article 32(1)(c) of GDPR.
Personal Data Breaches. 5.7.1 The Data Processor shall give immediate notice to the Data Controller if a breach of the data security occurs, that can lead to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed re the Personal Data processed on behalf of the Data Controller (a “Personal Data Breach”).
5.7.2 The Data Processor shall have and maintain a register of all Personal Data Breaches. The register shall at a minimum include the following:
(i) A description of the nature of the Personal Data Breach, including, if possible, the categories and the approximate number of affected Data Subjects and the categories and the approximate number of affected registrations of personal data.
(ii) A description of the likely as well as actually occurred consequences of the Personal Data Breach.
(iii) A description of the measures that the Data Processor has taken or proposes to take to address the Personal Data Breach, including, where appropriate, measures taken to mitigate its adverse effects.
5.7.3 The register of Personal Data Breaches shall be provided to the Data Controller in copy if so requested in writing by the Data Controller or the relevant Data Protection Agency.
Personal Data Breaches. Institution will inform Sponsorn without undue delay if it becomes aware of any Personal Data Breach involving Sponsor Personal Data and will provide Sponsor with all reasonable assistance in investigating and mitigating the impact of any such Personal Data Breach. Institution will also carry out any required Study Subject notifications of Personal Data Breaches to the extent provided in Section 6 of this Agreement and will otherwise provide all reasonable assistance to Sponsor in relation to any obligations to provide adequate notifications to the relevant European data protection authorities and affected Data Subjects.
Personal Data Breaches. Within 24 hours after the Processor becomes aware of any unauthorised use or disclosure of User’s Data, the Processor shall promptly report the unauthorised use or disclosure of the User’s Data to the User.
