Personal Identification Number. We will issue you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for use with your Card at VISA NET automatic teller machines (ATM’s). These numbers are issued to you for your security purposes. These numbers are confidential and should not e disclosed to third parties. You are responsible for safekeeping your PIN. You agree not to disclose or otherwise make available your PIN to anyone not authorized to sign on your Accounts. To keep your Account secure, please do not write your PIN on your Card or keep it in the same place as your Card.

Personal Identification Number. (PIN) - A PIN acts as your signature when obtaining cash advances at participating ATMs and for other point-of-sale (POS) transactions. Disclosing your PIN constitutes authorization for use and you remain liable for any and all subsequent transactions. Your PIN should be memorized. DO NOT keep your PIN on or with your Card, or any other place on your person such as checkbook, wallet or purse. If you forget your PIN, you may request a new one or you can choose your own PIN by visiting any Mission Fed branch. Personal Identification Number. Seller shall adopt a Personal Identification Number or PIN to be entered into the computer system in connection with all documents transmitted from Seller to Buyer electronically. Further, any document required to be signed by Seller may be signed by handwritten signature or transmitted electronically in conjunction with the PIN, except any written notification designating or changing the PIN and those documents required to be delivered pursuant to Section 7.1(a) above, which must be signed by hand. Seller shall provide Buyer with written notification of its PIN and any changes thereto; provided, however, that any change to the PIN may not become effective for twenty four (24) hours following Buyer’s confirmation of receipt of such notice by Seller. Seller and Buyer agree that transmitting a document in conjunction with the PIN shall have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature and shall be sufficient to verify that Seller originated such document. Seller shall employ security procedures to ensure that all transmissions of documents accompanied by the PIN are authorized, authentic, reliable and complete and shall promptly notify Buyer if Seller discovers the PIN has been improperly disclosed to any Person. Notwithstanding the foregoing or any other breach of security, Buyer shall be entitled to rely upon the PIN of Seller until such time as (a) Seller provides Buyer with written instructions to the contrary and (b) Buyer has sufficient time to notify the appropriate employees and modify its computerized systems.

Personal Identification Number. (PIN) 4.2.1. The Bank also provides the Cardholder with a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which is equivalent to the Cardholder’s signature. Although the Cardholder may change the PIN as many times as he wishes by inserting his Card in any ATM of the Bank (or where the Bank may announce in the future) and following the instructions displayed on the screen, this number is strictly personal and the Cardholder must memorize it, refrain from recording it on the Card or any other document, even in disguised form, hide the ATM or EFT/POS keyboard when typing the PIN, should not disclose it to anyone else, and prevent it from being revealed to any third party. It constitutes gross negligence on the Cardholder’s part to keep the PIN in any readable form. The PIN is produced electronically under strictly controlled security conditions that make its reproduction absolutely impossible and is notified to the Cardholder through one of the means stated in the letter accompanying the Card. The PIN can be used only with the Card for which it was issued.
