Personal Information and Privacy. (a) The Company has been and is now in compliance with the requirements of all Privacy Laws applicable to it which govern the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information.
(b) Section 2.22(b) of the Disclosure Schedule sets forth and describes each distinct electronic or other database containing (in whole or in part) Personal Information maintained by or for the Company at any time (each, a “Company Database”), the types of Personal Information in each such database, the means by which the Personal Information was collected, and the security policies that have been adopted and maintained with respect to each such database.
(c) Section 2.22(c) of the Disclosure Schedule sets forth each privacy policy of the Company and any other industry privacy code or privacy procedures to which the Company subscribes or is bound which governs its collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (each, a “Privacy Policy”) and identifies, with respect to each Privacy Policy, (i) the period of time during which such privacy policy was or has been in effect, (ii) whether the terms of a later Privacy Policy apply to the data or information collected under such Privacy Policy, and (iii) if applicable, the mechanism (such as opt-in, opt-out, or notice only) used to apply a later Privacy Policy to data or information previously collected under such Privacy Policy.
(d) There is no complaint to or audit, proceeding, investigation or claim against, or threatened against, the Company by any Governmental Body, or by any Person in respect of the collection, use or disclosure of Personal Information by any Person in connection with the business of the Company.
(e) No breach or violation of any such Privacy Policy has occurred or, to the Knowledge of the Company, is threatened.
(f) There has been no unauthorized or illegal uses of or access to any of the data or information in any of the Company Databases.
(g) The Company has complied at all times and in all respects with all of the Privacy Policies and all applicable Laws pertaining to privacy, User Data or Personal Information.
(h) None of (i) the execution, delivery, or performance of this Agreement or the Stockholder Related Agreements (or any of the other ancillary agreements), (ii) the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Stockholder Related Agreements (or any of the other ancillary agreements), or (iii) the Purchaser’s possession or use of the User Data or any data or info...
Personal Information and Privacy. 9.1 We will handle Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Legislation and our privacy policy available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xxxxxx/.
9.2 You agree to work with us to ensure that both of us meet any obligations that each of us may have under the Privacy Legislation including, where relevant, notifying the individual to whom the Personal Information relates of who we are and how we propose to use and disclose their information.
9.3 Where you provide us with any Personal Information, you confirm that you have collected the Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Legislation, that you are entitled to provide the Personal Information to us and that we may collect, use and disclose the Personal Information for the purpose of providing the Services to you or as otherwise permitted by this Agreement.

Personal Information and Privacy a. We will ask you, and you agree to provide us, with certain personal and other information in order for us to provide the Services to you, such as your contact details and information we require to process your payments, such as your credit card information. You need to provide us with current, complete and accurate information, and keep us up-to-date as soon as your information changes. You can do so by logging into My Xxxx Mobile at our website or through our call centre. All personal information that you provide to us will be administered by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy as amended from time to time. By activating the Services, you consent to us using your personal and other information in accordance with our Privacy Policy as amended from time to time. In addition you expressly consent that we may share your personal information with:
1. You or a person who, in our reasonable judgement, is seeking the information as your agent;
2. A directory or listing service company for the purpose of listing your name, address and phone number if you consent and if that company agrees to use the information only for that purpose; and
3. An agent used by us to evaluate your credit or collect outstanding balances owed to us by you, if the agent requires the information and agrees to use the information only for that purpose.
b. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor usage of the Services and disclose information in order to satisfy legal, regulatory or governmental requirements, to properly administer the Services and to safeguard the Services, any data, software, networks or equipment used to provide the Services and our customers.
Personal Information and Privacy. DocuSign may use all personal data or information provided by you in connection with the Event in accordance with DocuSign’s Privacy Policy (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx.xx/company/privacy-policy).
Personal Information and Privacy. With respect to Personal Information collected by a Supplier in relation to a Program, the Supplier shall:
a) collect, use, disclose, administer, and retain/destroy such Personal Information in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations including, without limitation, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
b) not use such Personal Information for any purpose other than for the processing of a Program application and as necessary for providing the Supplier’s services or products thereunder.
c) treat as confidential all Personal Information and shall not disclose any Personal Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the customer.
d) have in place at all times during the Term and thereafter safeguards sufficient to protect any and all Personal Information from and against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure and destruction.
e) comply with the provisions of The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act of Manitoba which binds EM as a public body of Manitoba.
Personal Information and Privacy. 1. You are required to keep the information associated with your Account accurate and up to date. Continued use of your Account with inaccurate information may be regarded by us as a breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of your Account. You agree that we may require you to provide additional information at any time in order to participate in our Program. From time to time, we also may obtain information from third parties (including but not limited to credit or identity verification information) to ensure you are authorized to use your Funding Source(s), verify that your Funding Source(s) is/are in good standing or otherwise verify your ability to participate in the Program in accordance with this Agreement.
2. We respect the privacy of the personal information our Members provide and treat such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and is available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xx-xx/xxxxxx/xxxxxxx-xxxxxx.
Personal Information and Privacy. Slack may use all data or information provided by you in connection with the Event in accordance with Slack’s Privacy Policy (xxxxx://xxxxx.xxx/privacy-policy). However, Slack works with third party sponsors (“Sponsor(s)”) to underwrite a portion of the costs associated with hosting the Event and Slack provides these sponsors with access to first name, last name, email, your company, and job title, country, and answers to survey questions related to content or session for business development purposes, such as meeting you and your teammates at the Event and providing you with information about their products, services, features, offers, promotions, and events. By registering you acknowledge that you understand such use and storage of your information for future use. For in-person events, Slack provides Sponsors with badge scanners to assist in their networking at the Event, and allow them to collect your information for further outreach. By allowing Sponsors to scan your badge, you may be consenting to Sponsor’s use of your personal data for Sponsor’s own marketing purposes, in accordance with the information provided by that Sponsor. When attending a Slack event online, Sponsors will have some or all of the following: a dedicated sponsor page, live partner demo session, on-demand partner demo zone video, co-branded digital banner ad, raffle giveaway, push notification, Ask the Expert Session, and/or ancillary virtual event. If you click on, view, or download any sponsor branded content and/or attend a sponsor session, the event Sponsor will have access to your information for further outreach. By performing any action outlined above, you may be consenting to the Sponsor’s use of your personal data for Sponsors’s own marketing purposes, in accordance with the information provided by the Sponsor. It is the sole responsibility of each Sponsor to comply with data privacy laws regarding collection of your personal data and the sending of marketing communications.

You represent and warrant that You have obtained all consents and rights necessary to lawfully (a) disclose all personal information disclosed by You or on Your behalf to CT and any CT Related Parties regarding individuals or employees (including, without limitation, Emergency Contacts), and (b) authorize CT and CT Related Parties to use such information to administer this Agreement and perform the Services.
