Common use of Personal Injury means Clause in Contracts

Personal Injury means. 1. Bodily Injury; 2. false arrest, false imprisonment, wrongful eviction, detention or malicious prosecution; 3. xxxxx, xxxxxxx, defamation of character or invasion of right of privacy, unless arising out of any advertising activities; or 4. wrongful eviction from, wrongful entry into, or invasion of the right of private occupancy of a room, dwelling or premises that a person occupies, committed by or on behalf of its owner, landlord or lessor.

Bodily Injury; 2. false arrest, false detention, or imprisonment, wrongful eviction, detention or malicious prosecution; 2. the publication or utterance of libel, slander, or other defamatory or disparaging material; 3. xxxxxinvasion, xxxxxxxinfringement, defamation of character or invasion of right interference with the rights of privacy, unless arising out of any advertising activities; or; 4. wrongful eviction from, wrongful entry into, or eviction; or 5. invasion of the right of private occupancy of a room, dwelling or premises that a person occupies, committed by or on behalf of its owner, landlord or lessoroccupancy.
