Personal Options. The Option(s) are personal to the Tenant named in Section 1.03 of the Lease or any Tenant's Affiliate described in Section 9.02
Personal Options. The Option(s) are personal to the Tenant named in Section 1.03 of the Lease, any Tenant's affiliate described in Section 9.02 of the Lease or any entity which purchases all the stock of Tenant and all or substantially all of Tenant's assets ("Tenant Purchaser"). If Tenant subleases any portion of the Property or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest under the Lease to any entity other than a Tenant Affiliate prior to the exercise of an Option (whether with or without Landlord's consent), such Option and any succeeding Options shall lapse. If Tenant subleases any portion of the Property or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest of Tenant under the Lease to any entity other than a Tenant Affiliate or Tenant Purchaser after the exercise of an Option but prior to the commencement of the respective Extension (whether with or without Landlord's consent), such Option and any succeeding Options shall lapse and the Lease Term shall expire as if such Option were not exercised. If Tenant subleases any portion of the Property or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest of Tenant under the Lease in accordance with Article 9 of the Lease after the exercise of an Option and after the commencement of the Extension during which such sublease or transfer occurred and only the succeeding Options shall lapse.
Personal Options. The Option is personal to the Tenant named in Section 1.3 of the Lease and cannot be transferred without Landlord’s consent.
2.6.1 If Tenant subleases any portion of the Premises or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest under the Lease prior to the exercise of an Option without Landlord’s consent, the Option shall lapse.
2.6.2 If Tenant subleases any portion of the Premises or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest of Tenant under the Lease after the exercise of an Option but prior to the commencement of the month-to-month tenancy without Landlord’s consent, the Option shall lapse and the Lease Term shall expire as if such Option were not exercised.
2.6.3 If Tenant subleases any portion of the Premises or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest of Tenant under the Lease after the exercise of the Option and after the commencement of the month-to-month tenancy related to such Option without Landlord’s consent, then the term of the Lease shall expire upon the expiration of the month during which such sublease or transfer occurred and the remainder of the Option shall lapse.
Personal Options. The Options are personal to the Tenant named in Section 1.03 of this Lease or any Tenant Affiliate or Permitted Purchaser described in Section 9.07 of this Lease. If Tenant subleases any portion of the Property or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest under this Lease to an entity other than a Tenant Affiliate or Permitted Purchaser prior to the exercise of an Option (whether with or without Landlord’s consent), then such Option and any succeeding Options shall lapse. If Tenant subleases any portion of the Property or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest of Tenant under this Lease to an entity other than a Tenant Affiliate or Permitted Purchaser after the exercise of an Option but prior to the commencement of the respective Extension (whether with or without Landlord’s consent), then such Option and any succeeding Options shall lapse and the Lease Term shall expire as if such Option were not exercised. If Tenant subleases any portion of the Property or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest of Tenant under this Lease to an entity other than a Tenant Affiliate or a Permitted Purchaser after the exercise of an Option and after the commencement of the Extension related to such Option, then the term of this Lease shall expire upon the expiration of the Extension during which such sublease or transfer occurred and only the succeeding Options shall lapse.
Personal Options. The Option(s) are personal to the above-named Tenant. Whether with or without Landlord's consent, if Tenant Transfers prior to the commencement of the respective Extension, such Option and any succeeding Option(s) shall lapse and the Term shall expire as if such Option had not been exercised. If Tenant Transfers after exercise of an Option and after the commencement of the Extension related to such Option, then the Term, shall expire upon the expiration of the Extension during which such Transfer occurred and any succeeding Option(s) shall lapse.
Personal Options. The Renewal Options and the Additional Space Option set forth in this Section 3.4 are personal to Tenant and may not be assigned, transferred or conveyed to any party, except to an Affiliate or Successor of Tenant defined in Section 14.1 below provided that the foregoing shall not be construed to limit Tenant’s ability to exercise its rights under this Section 3.4 for the benefit of any Transferee permitted pursuant to Article 14 below.

If Tenant subleases more than fifty percent (50%) of the square footage of the Premises or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest under the Lease prior to the exercise of an Option, such option and any succeeding Options shall lapse. If Tenant subleases more than fifty percent (50%) of the square footage of the Premises or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest of Tenant under the Lease after the exercise of an Option but prior to the commencement of the Extension to such option, such Option and any succeeding Options shall lapse and the Term of the Lease shall expire as if such Option were not exercised. If Tenant subleases more than fifty percent (50%) of the square footage of the Premises or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest of Tenant under the Lease after the exercise of an Option and after the commencement of the Extension related to such option, then the Term of the Lease shall expire upon the expiration of the Extension during which such sublease or transfer occurred and only the succeeding Options shall lapse.
Personal Options. Each Option is personal to Seagate Technology, Inc. and shall not be assignable or transferable to any assignee of Tenant (other than an assignee in which Seagate Technology, Inc. holds an ownership interest of fifty-one percent (51%) or more ("Permitted Assignee")) or any sublessee of all or any portion of the Premises. If Tenant subleases or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest under the Lease (other than an assignment to a Permitted Assignee) prior to the exercise of an Option, such Option and any succeeding Option shall lapse. If Tenant subleases or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest of Tenant under the Lease (other than an assignment to a Permitted Assignee) after the exercise of an Option but prior to the commencement of the applicable Extension, such Option and any succeeding Option shall lapse and the Term of the Lease shall expire as if such Option was not exercised.
