Personal Protective Equipment (PPE. 1. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) does not recommend personal protective equipment (PPE) beyond a face covering when interacting with asymptomatic individuals who are not known to have COVID-19.
2. PPE is not a substitute for environmental safety measures and should be used in conjunction with other safety measures such as wearing a face covering, physical distancing, ventilation, partitions, and handwashing.

4. The district will make available fit-tested N95 respirators in situations where a hazard assessment deems necessary. The district will conduct a hazard assessment in situations with face covering exemptions to determine what level of respiratory protection is required for staff in those work situations.”
5. The District shall ensure that there is a two-month supply of Personal Protective Equipment in the warehouse, and each school/worksite will receive monthly deliveries of supplies, and on-demand as requested.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE. 42.01 The Employer shall provide, at no cost to employees, all protective devices, clothing and other equipment necessary to properly protect employees from injury and unhealthy work conditions. The Employer shall make provisions for the proper cleaning and maintenance of all safety equipment and protective devices, and on-site laundering of clothing, at no cost to the employees.
42.02 The Employer will replace, at no cost to the employee, any safety equipment and clothing upon presentation of such worn or damaged items to the Employer.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE. PPE is safety gear intended to mitigate the risk of bodily injury or death as a result from a collision or spill while operating a vehicle. Operators of all ages should wear approved PPE while operating the Goods. PPE includes helmets, gloves, wrist guards, elbow guards, knee guards, body armor, and skin-protecting clothing. Failure to wear a helmet and other appropriate PPE could result in serious injury or death. Know your limits and always wear a helmet and other appropriate PPE. Even with state-of-the-art protective safety gear, an operator could be seriously injured or killed when jumping, stunt riding, riding downhill at speed or in competition.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE. The City acknowledges and accepts its obligations under state and federal law pertaining to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The City agrees to meet or exceed the Texas Commission on Fire Protection’s (TCFP) specifications for PPE, or the most recent TCFP PPE standards in the event the TCFP is dissolved. Any disputes concerning compliance with state or federal law shall be resolved by resorting to the appropriate state or federal agency. Any disputes concerning specifications for PPE shall be subject to the grievance and arbitration articles of this agreement as contractual issues.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE. The Employer will follow all federal, state and local guidelines for infection control with respect to PPE. When infection control guidelines require PPE during work hours, PPE will be provided by the Employer at no expense to the employee. If national shortages in PPE arise, the Employer will follow any amended federal and state guidelines for PPE distribution.
