Personal Use Only. (a) You may use the Service for personal use only.
(b) You must not use the Service:
(i) for non-personal use;
(ii) for business or commercial use;
(iii) For machine-to-machine use including but not limited to: medical alarms/fall detectors, GPS/tracking devices, alarm systems, iOT;
(iv) to provide a wholesale service (including to transit, refile or aggregate domestic or international traffic) on the network through which we provide Service;
(v) (including any SIM card) in connection with a device that switches or reroutes calls to or from the network through which we provide the Service or the network of any supplier;
(vi) to generate mobile voice calls and SMS messages for the purpose of deriving terminating access payments;
(vii) to generate voice and SMS traffic using SIM boxing or any automated traffic generation arrangement without our prior written consent, which we may withhold in our absolute discretion.
(c) We may take steps to minimise the risk of fraudulent and other non-permitted use. Such use is commonly associated with extreme levels of voice calls and SMS. We will not necessarily pre-publish full details of any such measures because doing so may render them ineffective, but they may involve requesting you to contact our support team to confirm that an extreme call volume relates to personal use. Please respond promptly to any such request, so we can ensure there’s no temporary impact on your service.
Personal Use Only. The SoFi Bank P2P Transfer Service is intended for personal use and is not to be used for commercial purposes. SoFi Bank Customers who wish to pay bills should use the SoFi Bank Bill Pay Service rather than the SoFi Bank P2P Transfer Service.
Personal Use Only. Your SoFi Bank Account may only be used for personal, family, or household purposes and cannot be opened or used for business purposes. You agree not to use your Account for business purposes. We may close your Account if we determine it is being used for business purposes. Company shall include within its end user terms of use for the Services a requirement for End Users to be natural Persons and a stipulation that the Services may be used for private, non-commercial uses only. For the avoidance of doubt, the Grant of Rights hereunder shall not authorize access to Authorized Materials by End Users in commercial premises or other non-private settings, and Company shall monitor for suspicious activity in respect of the same and enforce the terms of its end user terms of use.
Personal Use Only. 5.1 No reselling: the Licensee will not, and will procure that its Guests do not, resell (or attempt to resell) any rights under this Agreement (including, without limitation, any ticket(s)), without prior written consent from SACA.

Use of the Kerbango Tuning Service to sell a product or service, or to increase traffic to your Web site for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales is expressly forbidden. You may not take the results from a Kerbango search and reformat and display them, or mirror the 3Com's Kerbango home page or results pages on your Web site, or send automated queries to Kerbango's system without express permission from 3Com.
