Distances (i.e. kilometers) will be calculated using Google maps to determine the most direct route without tolls. (a) The following Personal Vehicle Allowance will be paid from the Windsor City Hall. Zone 1 0-5 kms nil Zone 2 6 to 16 kms nil Zone 3 16-24kms $6.26 per day worked Zone 4 24-40 kms $10.78 per day worked Zone 5 40-160 kms $0.59/km (maximum $51.96 – Windsor) Over 160 km - $131.18 per day worked (Windsor, Sarnia, London) All the above kilometres shall be measured by the most direct routes by automobile. Each of the above defined zones shall end at the territorial boundary lines of the Local Union concerned and shall not be construed at any time to embrace any of the territory of an adjoining Local Union. (b) When Employees are transferred during working hours, and reasonable comfortable transportation is provided by the Employer, then no transportation costs will be allowed, but the Employer must return the Employees to the place from where they were transferred and pay applicable rates until that time.

  • Vehicle Allowance Vehicle allowances for all distances travelled while on employer business shall be paid to employees required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. This does not include travel to and from work. Vehicle allowance shall be 40¢ per kilometre. Vehicles driven on employer business will be in compliance with ICBC Regulations.

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Uniform Allowance Where uniforms are required, the Hospital shall either supply and launder uniforms or provide a uniform allowance of per year in a lump sum payment in the first pay period of November of each year.

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Tool Allowance (a) A tool allowance as set in the relevant Wage Tables in Appendix A per week shall be paid for all purposes to:- (i) Electrical workers at Grade EW 5 and beyond; (ii) Electrical workers performing the duties of: (A) Television Antenna Installer/Erector; (B) Television/Radio/Electronic Equipment Servicemen; and (iii) Apprentices - Contained within the relevant Apprentice Wage Rates.

  • Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core. This allowance will be adjusted annually (effective from 1 June) in accordance with CPI movements (All Groups, Melbourne) for the preceding 12 months to March (increases to be rounded to the nearest 5 cents).

  • Automobile Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive with an automobile allowance in the amount of $1,000.00 per month to be allocated at the Executive’s discretion, or such other monthly amount designated by the Board, and that allowance shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s general payroll practices.
