Personality Rights. The Artist grants the County the irrevocable right to use the Artist name, photograph, likeness, and biography in connection with the County’s exercise of the rights granted in this Agreement. This paragraph and the grant rights herein shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

In agreeing to use the MATGRAN Services, you hereby irrevocably consent to MATGRAN’s use of your name, likeness and other identifying features you associated, without any compensation.
