PERSONNEL FILES AND EMPLOYEE COMPETENCE. A Bargaining Unit Member shall have the right to review the contents of all records, excluding initial references, of the Board pertaining to said individual, originating after the initial employment, and to have an Association representative present at such review.

PERSONNEL FILES AND EMPLOYEE COMPETENCE. A Bargaining Unit Member bargaining unit member shall have the right to review the contents of all records, records (excluding initial references, ) of the Board pertaining to said individualindividuals, originating after the initial employment, and to have an Association a Union representative present at such review. It is understood that this will be done only in case the employee has a valid reason for such a request. The bargaining unit member shall receive a copy of all material placed in his/her personnel file at the time the copies are placed therein.
