Phone Allowance. Employees who use a cell phone in the course of employment may claim $25.00 per month on their monthly expenses towards the cost of their cell phone and $50.00 per month on their monthly expenses for a smart phone/blackberry. Proof of purchase plan is required.
Phone Allowance. In lieu of the District-issued cell phone, Employee will be given a taxable, non-PERSable cell phone allowance of $50 per pay period.
Phone Allowance. All principals are required to have a cellular phone that is for the purpose of work-related duties. The school district will provide $1000 per year as reimbursement for this expense. In order to be eligible for this reimbursement, a principal must provide annual proof of enrollment in a cellular phone service plan to the executive director of business services by July 1. There will be no additional reimbursement for telephone expenses beyond this amount.

Phone Allowance. The City shall provide, subject to I.R.S. regulations, the following City executives with a cell phone for work-related calls: Fire Chief, Police Chief. The City shall provide $100 per month for phone allowance to employees for the use of their personal cell phone for work related calls. Exempt from this provision would be individuals listed above in Article 19, paragraph 1.
