Photographic Survey. Creation of a comprehensive visual record of the site as a means to document the general nature and condition of remains. Specific areas may be focussed upon and recorded in more detail as a means to inform future monitoring and comparison. Likewise, where previous work has recorded specific features, these may be returned to and recorded again. This work will contribute to the baseline knowledge relating to the vessel.

Photographic Survey. As additional consideration for the promises herein, following execution of this Exploration Agreement and approval by the Secretary, Xxxxxxxxxxxx shall actively assist the Crow Tribe in its plan to obtain and create a photographic survey of the Crow Reservation. Xxxxxxxxxxxx will provide technical advice and support to the Crow Tribe’s project manager. Xxxxxxxxxxxx’x staff, time, and availability will be contingent upon and limited by Xxxxxxxxxxxx’x own work load. In addition, Xxxxxxxxxxxx will provide One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars and 0/100 cents ($125,000.00) to the Crow Tribe to help fund this project. Said fund shall be available thirty (30) days after the date upon which final approval of this Exploration Agreement is granted by the Secretary. At the Tribe’s option and request at any time thereafter, the remaining balance of the fund shall be paid directly to the Tribe.

  • ASBESTOS CONTAINING BUILDING MATERIALS Please be advised that an asbestos survey may have been performed at the Property. If provided, please review the information that identifies the locations of known asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material. All personnel and appropriate subcontractors should be notified of the presence of these materials, and informed not to disturb these materials. Any activity that involves the disturbance or removal of these materials must be done by an appropriately trained individual/contractor.

  • Survey Buyer may obtain a survey of the Property before the Closing to assure that there are no defects, encroachments, overlaps, boundary line or acreage disputes, or other such matters, that would be disclosed by a survey ("Survey Problems"). The cost of the survey shall be paid by the Buyer. Not later than business days prior to the Closing, Buyer shall notify Seller of any Survey Problems which shall be deemed to be a defect in the title to the Property. Seller shall be required to remedy such defects within business days and prior to the Closing. If Seller does not or cannot remedy any such defect(s), Buyer shall have the option of canceling this Agreement, in which case the Xxxxxxx Money shall be returned to Buyer.

  • Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.

  • Surveys Each Borrower shall submit the Ship owned by it regularly to all periodical or other surveys which may be required for classification purposes and, if so required by the Security Trustee provide the Security Trustee, with copies of all survey reports.

  • Title Reports With respect to each Closing Date Mortgaged Property, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

  • UCC Searches With respect to each Borrower, UCC searches with the Secretary of State and local filing office of each state where such Borrower maintains its chief executive office, its jurisdiction of organization and/or a place of business or assets;

  • Title Report If no Additional Mortgage Policy is required with respect to such Additional Mortgaged Property, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the date such Additional Mortgage is to be recorded and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.

  • Literature The manufacturer/dealer shall furnish price lists, catalogs, and description literature upon request by any using entity, and at no cost to the entity.
