Photography and Videography. Any use of photographers and/or videographers by Sponsor/Exhibitor must be approved in advance by FIA, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

10.2 Parents/carers that do not consent for a student to be photographed or videoed must inform the principal, and are advised that their child may not be able to access the full range of activities and final events such as performances, as these final performances are usually videoed by other parents/carers as a keepsake and by the school for promotional purposes.
10.3 It is only permissible for parents/carers to take photographs or record videos when invited to do so by the person in charge. 11.

No photography, videography, or audio/visual of any kind is allowed anywhere on the exhibit floor or in the conference areas of the show before, during, or after show hours, except by official NECA photographers and those professional photographers approved by Show Management. Violators will be escorted from the show and their film and/or credentials forfeited.
Photography and Videography. 6.1 Photographs and videos are taken by representatives of the YurtBar team during the event and used for promotional and brand awareness purposes on our social channels and website. If any attendees within your group object to being in any footage, it is the person who made the booking responsibility to notify YurtBar in writing at least 2 weeks before your event date.
6.2 If a guest happens to see a photo of themselves on the YurtBar social media channels that they wish to be removed from, please inform XxxxXxx in writing and the YurtBar team will action this immediately.
Photography and Videography. Photography and videotaping are not permitted on Shabbat and YomTov. We are happy to schedule a date before or after your event with access to the Sanctuary or IPBM for photography and videography. Decorations may not be attached to the walls, ceiling or furnishings, or wallboards. As safety is of the utmost importance, we ask that you do not block doorways or hallways. The maintaining and cleanliness of the building is a major concern, and we ask that confetti, glitter, loose small candies (e.g. M & M’s) not be used as part of the decorations, and caterers are responsible for the removal of these items. Candle arrangements are not permitted in the Sanctuary other than the use of Havdalah candles on Saturday evening.
