Common use of Physical and Mental Exams Clause in Contracts

Physical and Mental Exams. The County may, in its discretion, require that employees submit to physical and mental tests and examinations by a County appointed doctor when tests and examinations are considered to be a value to the County in maintaining a capable work force, employee health and safety, etc., provided, however, that the County will pay the cost of such tests and examinations if not covered by the employee’s insurance.
