Common use of PILOT COSTS Clause in Contracts

PILOT COSTS. No Pilot shall be required to pay for the use of any Company equipment used in the personal training required by the Company, and no Pilot shall be required to pay damage costs of airplanes or equipment damaged in the service, save in the case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
