Pilot Period. The Pilot Program shall be conducted for a period (the "Pilot Period") commencing on the date of this Agreement (the "Commencement Date") and ending (the "Termination Date") upon the earlier of (a) the parties' mutual determination that the Pilot Criteria have been satisfied or (b) 180 days after the Commencement Date. The Pilot Period will be subject to extension in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.

Pilot Period. The term of the Pilot Period shall commence on the Implementation Completion Date and continue until March 15, 2006, unless earlier waived by HireRight.

Pilot Period. If Client was provided a pilot period and has decided to purchase the Equipment, Client acknowledges the Equipment is in good working order and in accordance with Client’s specifications as set forth in the Purchase Order (if any).

Pilot Period. By notice given to the other party within 30 days ------------- after completion of the Pilot Period, either the Lumber Company or Buildscape may terminate this Agreement effective on the date set forth in such notice, which shall be at least 30 days and no more than 60 days after the date such notice is given.

Pilot Period. Following training, Contractor will provide Agency with a Pilot Period phase, where for up to ninety (90) days and agreed upon between all parties, two use cases will be available to pilot users. During this period, Contractor will provide support to pilot users and make any fixes to identified issues. During the Pilot Period, Agency will engage with a 3rd party to perform a PEN test. If the Penetration (PEN) test reveals any vulnerability, Contractor will be required to fix them during the pilot period. During the first two months of the Pilot, Contractor shall submit a Pilot Resolution Report after 30 days and one after 60 days. At the end of the pilot, Contractor will submit a Final Pilot Resolution Report. The Task 7 Deliverable is:
Pilot Period i. The duration of the pilot period is two months (60 calendar days) from the date of first issuance to the pilot group. The pilot period may be extended upon agreement between the City and bargaining unit representatives. Upon conclusion of the pilot period, the City and bargaining unit representatives shall meet and discuss any mutually agreeable modifications to this Policy.
