Common use of PINNACLE'S AUTHORITY TO LEASE PROJECT Clause in Contracts

PINNACLE'S AUTHORITY TO LEASE PROJECT. Pinnacle shall use its best efforts to keep the Project rented by procuring tenants for the Project. Pinnacle is authorized to negotiate, prepare and execute all rental agreements, including all renewals and extensions of rental agreements, and to cancel and modify existing rental agreements subject to the Plan. Pinnacle shall execute all rental agreements as agent for the Owner. All costs of leasing shall be paid out of the operating account, in accordance with the leasing budget or as approved by Owner. No rental agreement shall be for a period in excess of one (1) year without the written approval of Owner. The form of the rental agreement shall be agreed upon by Owner and Pinnacle, and be acceptable to the lender for the Project.
