PLACEMENT ON THE GUIDE. 1. Everyone moves up a step each yeareffective on the date indicated on the individual guides.
PLACEMENT ON THE GUIDE. Each employee shall be placed on his proper step of the appropriate salary schedule. Any employee employed as of the first working day in January and continuously employed through June 30 of that year shall receive full credit for one (1) year of service toward his next increment step on the salary guide.
PLACEMENT ON THE GUIDE. For the duration of this agreement, employees hired on or prior to December 31, 2006, shall be placed on and moved through Salary Guide A (as outlined below); employees hired on or after January 1, 2007, shall be placed on and moved through Salary Guide B. The Prosecutor shall assign a salary step on Salary Guide B to each new hire. Effective January 1, 2007, employees hired on or prior to December 31, 2006 shall be placed on Salary Guide A as explained below. Employees whose base salary of December 31, 2006, was $50,000 or less as shall be placed on Step 1 of Guide A. Employees whose base salary of December 31, 2006, was $50,001 to $54,000 shall be placed on Step 2 of Guide A. Employees whose base salary of December 31, 2006, was $54,001 to $57,000 shall be placed on Step 3 of Guide A. Employees whose base salary of December 31, 2006, was $57,001 to $60,000 shall be placed on Step 4 of Guide A. Employees whose base salary of December 31, 2006, was $60,001 to $64,000 shall be placed on Step 5 of Guide A. Employees whose base salary of December 31, 2006, was $64,001 to $68,000 shall be placed on Step 6 of Guide A. Employees whose base salary of December 31, 2006, was $68,001 to $72,000 shall be placed on Step 7 of Guide A.   • Advancement on the Salary Schedule 5.8.1 When a regular or term employee obtains an academic, professional, trades or technical credential, or equivalent, appropriate to their subject area, and the degree, credential or equivalent has not been credited for initial step placement pursuant to Article 5.6 Initial Placement, the employee may apply to Human Resources to have their step placement reviewed.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule:

  • Payment on Termination If an employee is terminated after the end of a year of employment, the employee is deemed to have been given any untaken leave from the date of termination and shall be paid for that leave accordingly. The employee shall also be paid for any public holidays falling within the period of leave in addition to payment for the leave. If an employee is terminated before the end of a full year of employment, the employee shall be paid pro-rata annual leave based on the period of service.

  • Payment on Maturity Date Borrower shall pay to Lender on the Maturity Date the outstanding principal balance of the Loan, all accrued and unpaid interest and all other amounts due hereunder and under the Note, the Mortgage and the other Loan Documents.
