Plan Design and Carrier Selection. The JLMC will advise the District and the Association regarding insurance plan design and carrier selection for the active and retired employees' health insurance, and shall manage the classified insurance reserve account to determine the amount allocated to buy down the cost of insurance premiums for bargaining unit members and to fund classified professional development opportunities.
