Common use of Plans and Specifications; Construction Budget Clause in Contracts

Plans and Specifications; Construction Budget. (a) The Tenant Improvements shall be completed in accordance with detailed architectural and engineering working drawings and material specifications (the "Plans and Specifications") which shall be prepared at Tenant's expense (subject to offset by the Tenant Improvement Allowance) and shall be in a form and content as necessary to allow Landlord's contractor(s) to obtain all required building permits and approvals. The Plans and Specifications shall include the following:
