Graffiti Franchisee shall require in all contracts (entered into after the Effective Date) with each of its customers of their Solid Waste Collection Services to maintain the Container, as defined in Chapter 9.04 of the City Code or as amended from time to time, free from graffiti. Franchisee’s Containers may display the name, address and/or phone number of the Franchisee, identification numbering or lettering assigned by the Franchisee, and any warnings, notices or instructions posted by Franchisee. If Franchisee’s customers do not remove graffiti from the Franchisee’s Containers, then Franchisee shall remove the graffiti and may bill its customer for the cost or replace the Container at the customer’s expense. If, after five days notice from the Director, the Franchisee or its customer has not removed the graffiti or replaced the Containers, then the City may cover or remove the graffiti or the Container.
Glazing All new and replacement exterior windows shall have sealed, low emmissivity, insulating glass units which are manufactured by members of SIGMA and IGCC. Sealed insulating glass shall meet ASTM E774, class B. Glass shall be hermetically dual sealed, inert gas filled, double pane units with exterior 3/16” bronze float glass (IoE second surface), ½” air space, and interior 3/16” clear float glass. Insulated panels, if used, shall be 1” laminated panels equal to Xxxxx Industries architectural panels with a porcelain fused-on finish. Wired or clear fire-rated glass shall be UL approved. Safety glass shall be tempered or laminated, and shall meet ANSI 297.1 standard.
FLOORING All Bed Rooms, Dinning-cum-Living, and would be finished with Ivory Vitrified tiles (24'' X 24'') flooring and 4'' skirting. Bath-room, Kitchen & Balcony would be finished with Ivory Ceramic tiles (12'' X 12'') flooring. The walls of the Toilets/Bathrooms would finish with white glazed tiles in 60'' height. Roof would be finished with roof tiles.
FINISHES Buyer(s) understands that the location of telephone, electric, cable TV and other utility outlets, doors, windows, air conditioning components, lighting fixtures, equipment and fixtures are subject to change and Buyer(s) understands that materials such as brick, wood, wood grain, carpeting, paint, cabinets, cultured marble, tile, Formica, granite and the like are subject to shading and gradation and may vary from samples, models or color charts, and from piece to piece, and Contractor shall not be liable for such variations.
Rubric The rubrics are a scoring tool used for the Educator’s self-assessment, the formative assessment, the formative evaluation and the summative evaluation. The districts may use either the rubrics provided by ESE or comparably rigorous and comprehensive rubrics developed or adopted by the district and reviewed by ESE.
Painting All exterior surfaces and materials requiring paint shall be prime coated plus 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar alkyd flat exterior finish, or Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx SWP exterior gloss paint. All porous exterior surfaces (e.g. unpainted wood) shall be sealed with 2 coats of Xxxxxxxx’x Water Seal following the manufacturers application instructions. Interior surfaces requiring paint shall be prime coated plus 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar Latex Eg-Shel enamel. Concrete block walls shall receive 1 coat of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar Block Filler and 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar latex Eg-Shel enamel. Interior finishes and color selections shall be approved by the State. A schedule of colors and finishes shall be prepared by the Owner/Lessor and approved by the State.
Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.
Toilets Papers, dust, cobwebs, peels, cans/bottles, cigarette butts, excrement on floor, bad smells, water pools, leaking sewage, rodents, animals (dead or alive), overflowing sanitary bins. 0 = NOT APPLICABLE 1 = UNACCEPTABLE (Toilets out of order. Toilets not cleaned on daily basis.) 2 = POOR (Toilets cleaned, but still visible signs of dirt, e.g. dust, cobwebs.) 3 = GOOD (Obvious sign that toilets are cleaned daily.) 4 = EXCELLENT (Extra effort is put in to ensure cleanliness, e.g. using detergents.)
As-Built Drawings Within thirty (30) Days of the successful completion of the Acceptance Test, Seller shall provide for Company review a set of the proposed as‑built drawings for the Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities constructed by Seller (and/or its Contractors). Within thirty (30) Days of Company's receipt of the proposed as‑built drawings, Company shall provide Seller with either (i) its comments on the proposed as‑built drawings or (ii) notice of acceptance of the proposed as‑built drawings as final as‑built drawings. If Company provides comments on the proposed as‑built drawings, Seller shall incorporate such comments into a final set of as‑built drawings and provide such final as‑built drawings to Company within twenty (20) Days of Seller's receipt of Company's comments.
Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. Flammable debris and vegetation must be removed from within a minimum 10-foot radius of all welding and cutting operations. A shovel and a 5-gallon standard backpack water container filled and with handpump attached shall be immediately available for use in the event of a fire start. C8.212 – MARKET-RELATED CONTRACT TERM ADDITION (11/08). The term of this contract may be adjusted when a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred in accordance with 36 CFR 223.52. The Producer Price Index used to determine when a drastic reduction in price has occurred is stated in A20. Purchaser will be notified whenever the Chief determines that a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred. If the drastic reduction criteria specified in 36 CFR 223.52 are met for 2 consecutive calendar quarters, after contract award date, Contracting Officer will add 1 year to the contract term, upon Purchaser’s written request. For each additional consecutive quarter such a drastic reduction occurs, Contracting Officer will, upon written request, add an additional 3 months to the term during Normal Operating Season, except that no single 3-month addition shall extend the term of the contract by more than one year. Contracting Officer must receive Purchaser’s written request for a market-related contract term addition before the expiration of this contract. No more than 3 years shall be added to a contract's term by market-related contract term addition unless the following conditions are met:
